It all started…

in 2003, when I founded Flowerworks.

I grew up in London and worked in human resources and recruitment after I left University. Later, my career path took a creative turn and I began to organise large exhibitions and events. Since then, I have gathered a wealth of experience and knowledge in the Floristry world and have worked on many collaborations and projects with well known Floral designers based in UK & Europe.

My interest in nature is deep-rooted from an early age, which was heavily influenced by my parents who are farmers in India. Having come from an agricultural background,  I draw from influences from the natural world, art, travel and anything botanical. I have carried on this tradition as a part-time olive oil farmer, I aim to maintain the traditional and artisanal methods of cultivation running small-scale olive groves in Abruzzo, Italy.

I am now currently studying a degree in Clinical Herbalism. Through this I hope to gain a more in-depth knowledge of medicinal herbs and flowers. I am a true believer in the health benefits that can stem from nature for food and medicine and I am on a mission to explore this further.
