DELIVERY POLICY

Our delivery service is currently only within the Leicestershire area. We deliver between 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday (except Bank Holidays). We do not offer delivery time slots. If you need your delivery for a specific time, please contact us on 0116 262 4917. There may be an additional charge for this service. Business addresses may request by 4pm.

We do not deliver on Sundays, unless for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas. In these circumstances delivery charges may vary. All same day deliveries must be ordered before 2pm.
If you wish to send bouquets to multiple addresses, then you need to order each bouquet separately so that we have the correct delivery details. For multiple orders to the same address, please add necessary quantity to the cart.

Before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full name and address details of the intended recipient. We cannot accept responsibility for items not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.

In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels etc, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

Please note that we are only responsible for delivering to the address provided. We regret that where goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, or refuses item.

Where the driver is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.

CLICK AND COLLECT

All Click and Collect orders must be placed by 3pm (Mon - Sat) for same day collection. Please allow 1 hour from the time of ordering for the goods to be made available. The last collection time is 5.30pm (Mon - Sat). The Click and Collect service is available Monday to Saturday (except Bank Holidays). The collection point is Flowerworks, 2 Loseby Lane, Leicester, LE1 5DR.

FLOWER AVAILABILITY

All Flowers and Plants are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties for a particular flower variety in the bouquet may be substituted for another flower that is equivalent value and quality without notice.

All products on this website are available to the Leicestershire postcodes, or available for collection free of charge.

We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.

VASE LIFE

We guarantee our flowers to be at their best for at least 3- 5 days.

Some products, flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous and to cats and dogs, if you require further information before submitting a order please contact us.

NOTICE PERIOD

If you are unhappy with the condition of the flowers on delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel a order, 24 hours notice is required.

Returns Policy

We work with a variety of blooms, some more delicate in nature then others and the life expectancy of our flowers is 3-5 days.

If there is a problem with your flowers and plants, we require notification within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. A photograph could be required to support any claims. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, refunds will not be eligible.

Your return must also be in the original packaging and you must contact us immediately on receipt and forward photographs to info@flowerworks.co.uk

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We cannot refund sale or reduced items.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

STRIPE PAY

Our store is hosted on Stripe Pay. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Stripe data storage, databases and the general Stripe application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

COOKIES

Our website does not use cookies except Google Analytics. The Google Analytics cookies collect information in an annonymous form, and help us to see how many visitors the website has and the pages they have visited.

We have disabled data collection for advertising features.
